Location

Step 1:

Follow signs towards Plymouth on the A38.

Step 2:

Leave the A38 onto the A3121 signposted to Ermington & Modbury.

Step 3:

At the T-junction turn left and continue for 1 mile to the crossroads, then continue straight on for a further 3 miles.

Step 4:

On approaching California Cross there is a garage and a pub. Take the second turning left past the garage signposted Aveton Gifford and Bigbury.

Step 5:

Proceed for another 2 miles and The Thatches Holiday Village is on the right.
